DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

Products are shipped via express courier, and delivery times vary depending on the destination, the time the order is placed, and product availability. In any case, delivery times will never exceed those set forth in Article 6 of Legislative Decree 185/99. For available goods, delivery to the courier occurs within 2 business days from the time the order confirmation is sent to the customer. Barring unforeseen circumstances, delivery times within Italy will be 2 business days from delivery to the courier. For Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia, delivery times will generally be 3 business days. For hard-to-reach locations, such as mountainous areas, smaller islands, and remote suburbs, delivery times will be 3-4 business days.

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must strictly verify that the package is perfectly closed, intact, and undamaged. Each package is secured with a security tape to prevent opening and to indicate any tampering attempts if the tape is damaged. If the security tape is damaged, the customer must immediately notify the courier, accepting the package with specific reservations, indicating where and how the damage occurred. Otherwise, the package will be deemed to have been delivered.

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note. A second delivery attempt will be made the following day. If the order is still unable to be delivered, the customer must contact the courier as soon as possible to arrange delivery within a maximum of two business days. To ensure smooth delivery, the customer is required to include a mobile phone number in the delivery information.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to and in accordance with the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar business days from the date of delivery of the purchased item.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send, within the indicated timeframe, an email to the "email" address indicating: the subject of the request (REFUND - ITEM EXCHANGE), Name, Surname, Address, Order Number, and Telephone Number.

As soon as this communication is sent, the Customer must ship, at their own expense and using a courier of their choice, the product they intend to return, including a printout of the email sent. The shipping address is: AMIIN SRLS Via Orazio 20-22 Naples (NA) - 80122 VAT No. 10412731217

within 14 calendar days of the date you notified us of your withdrawal. Once the returned product has been received, AMIIN SRLS will proceed with:

REFUND: via direct refund via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer if paying cash on delivery. The refund will be made within 14 days of AMIIN SRLS receiving the product. The refund will include the cost of the returned product and will not include shipping costs.

Return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer.

ITEM EXCHANGE: Once the product arrives at our office, the exchange will be sent; the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In this case, the email and the accompanying printout must specify that the exchange is being made and the desired item.

The customer will be held responsible, and therefore not eligible for compensation, for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item. All risks related to the transportation of the returned product are borne by the customer.

Return shipping is always the customer's responsibility.

Reshipment is always the customer's responsibility.

To assist the customer in exercising their right of withdrawal, here is an example of an email notification, which should also be included in the package in which the returned product is shipped:
